Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including average handle time and first-call resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environment
