Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence standards
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve workflows
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
