Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and friendly solutions to customer problems regarding our products and services.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet departmental goals.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex account issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM).
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.
