Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document cases in Salesforce CRM with 98% accuracy
- Upsell products/services during customer interactions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex escalations
- Complete weekly training modules on new products/processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/office settings
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Exceptional verbal/written communication abilities
- High-speed home internet (20+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
