Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM systems.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure all service level agreements are met.
- Provide product and service information to clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available for the upcoming Hiring Event.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
