Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but we provide full training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
