Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate critical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating web browsers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with difficult situations.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
