Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Quiet home office with reliable internet
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm PST)
- Type 35+ WPM with basic computer proficiency
