- Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in our CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and actions taken in our database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
