Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and proposing effective solutions.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions into the CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
