Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Utilize our CRM software to accurately log interactions and maintain detailed customer records.
- Assist customers with account management, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for our training program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
