- Process orders, returns, and service requests with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including average handle time and first-call resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
