Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately using internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Proactively identify opportunities to assist customers and improve their overall experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
