Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages to resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Product & Service Support: Provide accurate information regarding our products/services and guide customers through complex processes.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require further attention and escalate them to the appropriate department or manager efficiently.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products to enhance the customer experience and meet revenue targets.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for our immediate hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating web browsers.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet and de-escalate tense situations.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
