Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and company knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain service level agreement (SLA) metrics with 98%+ resolution rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital channels (phone/email/chat)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy and patience
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
