- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM with precision
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support
- Process returns/refunds and update order statuses
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Collaborate with product team to improve workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 3+ channels simultaneously
- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- High-speed home internet (50+ Mbps)
