Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Provide product information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (call volume, quality scores).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor.
