Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
