Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Build rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor promptly.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
