Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Operational Support: Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage returns or exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred; prior customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs), and move around the sales floor.
