- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries from customers in the DC and PA regions during night shifts.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with patience and precision, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company compliance standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
