Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Communications: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds using our CRM software.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, including actions taken and resolutions.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred, but we are open to training motivated self-starters.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, typing at least 40 WPM, and using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
