Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
