Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure consistency.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
