- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote or on-site environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, if required.
