Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and speed.

- CRM Updates: Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback into our Customer Relationship Management system.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
