Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex customer problems.
- Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as required.
