- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
