Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using the company CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and update account information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but NOT required.
- Reliable internet connection and computer (if applicable).
