- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer interaction ends with a positive outcome, aiming for high CSAT scores.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends or evenings if required.
