Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and product information.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is strongly desired.
