Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical issues, and service modifications
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or tech support
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
