Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovation
- Support escalation protocols for urgent customer concerns

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral American English accent
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
