Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process orders
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
