Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments with precision
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product/service offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environment
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Fluent English; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
