Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues with precision
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution
- Exceed KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Availability for flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
