Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Calls: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone with patience, clarity, and professionalism during night shifts.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate them to the appropriate tier of support.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update customer records, and maintain data integrity within our internal systems.
- Follow Scripts & Policies: Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Problem Solving: Think critically to de-escalate tense situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor leads and peer support staff to share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency (typing speed 40+ WPM) and ability to navigate multiple windows.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Ability to maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
