Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to meet team targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
