Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Update customer accounts and records with accurate and detailed information.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate departments while keeping the customer informed.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
