- Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and support team goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (various shifts available).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
- Willingness to participate in a paid training program.
