Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely from Virginia.
