Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and troubleshooting.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and call scripts to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or support roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
