Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
- Maintain performance metrics: Average Handle Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Comfortable working nights (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend rotations
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure
