Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a high volume of customer calls and emails during night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently to ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team and support staff to escalate complex issues.
- Adherence: Strictly follow call scripts and company policies to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Typing: Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
