Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Communication: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing clear solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the quality assurance and technical support teams to improve service standards.

Qualifications
