Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately input and update customer information into the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
