Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during high-volume periods and peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Raleigh, NC facility.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems.
