Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls with a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Process transactions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote relevant products.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service level goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote/hybrid friendly).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
