Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality.
- Handle basic account inquiries and process transactions where applicable.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience required; we train the right candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends if necessary.
