Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and internal resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train passionate candidates from scratch
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, web browsers)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Diego office
